Right chain keeps falling off.

There was nothing wrong with the product. It came well packed in a heavy canvas bag, and each chain in a plastic bag inside the canvas one. The instructions are good.The only thing about it is that the listing does not tell you the clearance needed between the tires and the vehicle's frame, in my case, a riding a lawnmower.I have about 1 inch between the frame and the tire; I would have needed a minimum of 2 inches clearance or, even better, 2 1/2 inches if the chain will loosen up during use.It is the first time that I ordered tire chains, and that is because I am in Florida, where it doesn't snow. The idea of the tire chains was to give more grip to the tires over the light muddy condition in the back yard when pulling a small garden trailer. So my lack of experience with tire chains is the reason why I didn't check the clearance. However, for the same reason, the listing should have a note about the issue.The seller should update the listing and place a reminder about the clearance needed. The lack of information caused the seller and me to lose money with the shipping charges.
