Talk about oversight. I have waterproof covers on the pillows and the mattress but somehow never thought about the duvet?! Well, now that's covered too, pun intended. Nothing has yet to be spilled upon it as yet, so can't speak to its efficiency, but the material is soft in texture, does not make any rustling noise, and I have no reason to think this will not perform as described. Fit the queen size duvet with a bit to spare in case maybe you get the super queen size. I recommend this product.

The idea of this product is great, but the execution sucks. It needs ties to remain in place, both inside for the duvet insert and outside for the duvet cover, and it lacks both. The material is incredibly slippery so it moves around a lot and I found the duvet insert covered in this sips to the bottom of the duvet cover and is horrible for sleeping. The material is also not at all breathable, we have a light weight down duvet insert that is super breathable and my husband and I were dying at night because this made it super hot. Would never purchase this again. Wanted it to work because we have a dog who likes to hop up on the bed.

We have to use this because we have an incontinent dog who comes in our bed and even though he wears diapers, occasionally accidents happen. The waterproof cover works but it makes the duvet feel absolutely stifling. It traps all heat inside. Definitely only to be used in the cold months!!

This duvet cover is phenomenal. The inside of the product has a rubber like material that will prevent any fluid from getting through. It also fits beautifully under a second duvet cover.

This product has no ties for duvets, which was upsetting and made it challenging to put on (more than usual). It does do a good job repelling water, which makes it a double-spin and shake-out when laundering. It has more of a crinkle sound than I hoped, but not overly disturbing for guests or personal use. Also, after washing around 6 times, one side is ALREADY starting to pull apart at the seam.I was hoping for a long term item, but unless I repair it this will not be useful in 6 months time.

Decided to try this for elderly parent. I was constantly washing his comforter which barely fit in my washing machine. I used this cover and it worked like a charm! It is much smaller to wash and kept the comforter totally clean. Highly recommended.

So this definitely works in terms of it being waterproof. I got it as I have two dogs and one is a puppy who sometimes has accidents. So it definitely works for those purposes, but in terms of sleeping and comfort it’s just not doable. The inserts comforter will not stay put as there are no ties on the inside to keep it in place. It’s also what I imagine. Sleeping in a plastic bag would be like. I’ve only had it for two or three nights and have woken up both nights overheated and covered in sweat. Unfortunately will not be able to continue to use this.

Le produit retient bien les plumes de la couette mais ne la tient pas en place du tout. La couette doit donc être replacée après chaque nuit! Un vrai combat. Je ne recommande pas du tout
