Noted:
- 1. Ensure the input and output ports are connected to the correct devices. Incorrect connections may result in no signal
- 2. If you are unfamiliar with the operation, you can download the instruction manual available on the page or watch our connection tutorial video
- 3. If you are using a converter, such as an HDMI-to-USB-C adapter, please ensure that your converter supports signal output functionality. If it does not, signal output will not be possible
- 4. The USB-C port (or USB-A when using a USB-C to USB-A adapter) is for signal output. Please ensure your signal output device has corresponding video capture software, such as OBS, to enable screen capture
- 5. Please ensure that the signal output device you are connecting, such as a camera, supports signal output or has the signal output setting enabled. Otherwise, no video will be captured
- 6. There may be a slight delay in the capture, but it is within an acceptable millisecond range and does not affect the video quality. Please ensure your system is within the compatibility range. Some products may require disabling HD CP settings to function properly
- 7. When using an adapter, if the device is recognized as USB 2.0, try using the other side with the USB-C port. Simply flip the capture card and reconnect it to be recognized as USB 3.0
- 8. The product supports 4K input, but only 1080P output. Please ensure that the cable you are using supports the corresponding resolution, such as 1080P or 4K, to ensure optimal video quality
- 9. Please ensure that your computer settings are configured correctly to capture audio. A setup guide is available in the documentation on the page. Please note that video capture does not support stereo sound
- 10. Ensure all cables are properly connected and functioning. Make sure the output format is compatible with the capture card. After checking everything, try reconnecting the devices and resetting the software. If "no signal" persists, try using a different APP
- 11. Restart the OBS Studio software after the audio setup is complete, otherwise it will result in no sound output

I purchased this device to record gameplay, using OBS, from a Nintendo switch. Overall I am happy with its performance and recommend it as long as you understand its limitations:• I know it's been called out in other reviews but just know that this device accepts 4k input but only records 1080p.• FPS recording rate seems to max out at 30fps but it might be limited by the games I've tested it with. Assume you won't see 60 with this device.• I paired it with an hdmi splitter (B0732MD43P) and it works great with no gameplay delays.• The picture is slightly saturated but was very easy to fix with OBS "color correction" filter. I set saturation to "-0.17" and the picture looked great to me. If you're very peculiar about the appearance of the picture you will probably need to tweak it even more.• I noticed no delays or jittery recording of the game play but, truthfully, I haven't really pushed it and I doubt the 1080p feed from the Nintendo Switch will challenge this device.If anything changes I will update this review but for now I'm happy with my purchase.

Since I don’t have a TV or projector now, I got this to play Switch games that require a larger screen like Just Dance on my Macbook. It works! Very easy to setup, and the video quality is fine. I do think there is a lag, but it’s enough for Just Dance. I would not recommend it to games like Splatoon. Seems sturdy as well.

Ich verwende diesen Aufnahmestick, um mit meinem schon etwas älteren Camcorder Panasonic HC-V777 zu Streamen und direkt aufzunehmen.Der Stick wird ohne Probleme von Windows 10 erkannt (keine Installation von extra Treibern nötig) und man kann ihn als weiteres Aufnahmegerät z. B. in OBS-Studio erkannt.Am Camcorder muss man lediglich einstellen, dass die Steuerungselemente nicht mit übertragen werden sollen und der Energiesparmodus muss abgeschaltet sein (sonst denkt der Camcorder man benutzt ihn nicht und schaltet sich aus).Die Übertragungsqualität ist auch einwandfrei und kann damit hochwertige Videos aufzeichnen.

Looking for a cheap capture card to experiment with connecting my Xbox to Meta Quest 3.Tried this and works perfectly, great buy to start off.Would suggest ordering a right angle USB C connector to go with it so it connects better to the headset.
