Nice addition to the cage. The pigs love it. They're up and down all day. Like to hang out. It is laser cut plywood. The only drawback is the wood construction makes it hard to clean. Can't wash it with water.

My guinea pigs love it and find comfort and security in it. They use the bottom part more as it’s well covered and they rest and I catch them sleeping and laying down more often now. The bottom hidey can fit two nearly full size guinea pigs. Note that the bottom hidey will have to regularly be cleaned of poop or else they’ll be constantly sleeping on it. But you can shake the poop off and you’re set. Also note there is no paper instructions so refer to the video on the product page for assembly.

Good size my ferret likes it, but also uses the ladder as a scratching post and like to knock the ladder off, but he usually runs up and then climbs in his hammock, uses it daily, even though he doesn’t really sleep in it.

Missing front piece that ramp attaches to. Screws don’t go in easy. Poor quality.

Was given 2 bed pads instead of 1 and missing a hammock along with 1 screw. The wood was splintered before I even started putting screws in and started splitting more as I put screws in but eventually came together. The stairs pieces took a hammer to put together they were way too tight/didn't fit.

I have a solo male and am always looking for things to enrich his life and provide mental stimulation and joy. He has been nonstop popcorning since I added this to his cage. I lured him up with a treat to show him the loft, and not 10 minutes later he laid down like this. He loves to people-watch outside of his cage and this probably makes it so much better for him. He would probably rate it 1 thousand stars if he could, and he hasn't even discovered the hammock yet! It is a bit heavy on the bars and sags a little, but a piece of wood to support it underneath fixes that problem. I love that it comes with a soft, high quality mat and hammock in the package as well as a handy little screwdriver and all the hardware. The wood is sturdy and mister piggy thinks it's tasty as well, hehe.The only things I wish they could change is to add an option to secure it to the cage with a washer and screw so you can further customize the height, and an additional railing on the backside to keep any debris from falling off the loft and out of the cage.Either could be an easy DIY though, and are small nitpicks.However, for the quality, price, and enjoyment factor I strongly recommend this loft for your piggies, especially if you have extroverted ones that love to observe their surroundings and explore new things.

It didn't come with any instructions and a piece of the wood for the stairs is split. Hopefully it will hold up because I don't feel like going through the hassel of returning it. I won't purchase again.
