For some reason, during a trip to Memphis and Nashville, I wound up collecting guitar picks for various museums and tour stops. Once I got home, I figured I needed some way to display them. Well, this case proved to be perfect for the number of picks I collected. If I ever collect more, I'll need to get a bigger case, but, for now, this one works perfectly.

I knew I had a few signed picks and a few souvenir ones but they were all just in a jar with the rest of my picks. Once I started going through them to put in this display case lol the memories of concerts and venues came flooding back. Really cool that I have a place to keep this stuff now. Not for nothing, my wife really likes it too. Even lets me keep it on the dresser, lol.

So, I actually already had some pick cases that I made out of whiskey boxes, etc, so when I saw this, I snagged it immediately. If the picks are never coming out of it, it's kind of a nice display case. However, there are a few things about it. First, the ribbon as the hinge-stop is really unsightly. Limited hinges or something else would be much better, as the ribbon looks really bad when the case is closed... and this is completely about looks. Next, the pick-shaped inserts are not really great for standard-sized picks. If you put a pick in, you're not getting it out easily... But, also, if you insert it fully, it can move around a bit.So, if you're displaying a collection, and you put the picks in carefully, this could work for you. But, you will probably find yourself modding it a bit.

I got this case for my husband to display his guitar picks and he is very happy with it. It looks great and is very well made. Its made from a thicker wood and is easy to access/use. I also think its priced fairly.

The swakuszy Guitar Pick Holder Case with 12-Grid looks great, is built to last, has a great storage capacity and is easy to use. I love the functionality of this case.The wood material feels like a cigar humidor or book binding. The window looks as clear is glass even though it is plastic. The interior reminds me of the material that jewelers use to display expensive rings. I love it. It's a great way to show off some of your guitar pick collection. I highly recommend this item.

So, it's an ok case. It's not wood, at least not the wood you see. What you see in the pictures is actually a wrap on it with fake wood grain.When it's closed, it's a bit hard to see the first row of picks too.My main problem, is the soft material on the inside, isn't cut the same, or lined up the same, as the cardboard used to give it structure. So at the top of the cutouts you see cardboard.Some picks cover this up and it's not an issue, but some don't and you can see the cardboard clearly. In my pictures the fender pick covers it up ok, but the white pick with a day of the dead sugar skull doesn't.Ended up returning.

If you play guitar you know picks just like to hide everywhere. With this, I have had the pleasure of the picks being exactly in one place whenever I want. Also, it is almost a showpiece where I put my most loved and rarest picks. Very good! Love it!
