Item: GWP01 Wood Grain Garage Wall Protector Car Door Protectors, Garage Accessories, Parking Stopper for Garage, Tool-Free, Designed in Germany (6.5mm Wood Grain)I’ve always kept large cardboard sheets next to my concrete garage walls to avoid scraping the edge of my car door. This is an excellent replacement for that that just looks much nicer!This is thin, but it really works. I was happy that it came in two long strips, as it let me put one strip up high where my rear door touches the wall, and the other strip down low where my front door touches the wall. These were nice and long which means no matter how far in I park this will protect my car doors.Even though it is thin, swinging the door open into the protector will prevent the edge from being scratched.The faux-wood look is fine and somewhat matches the unfinished wall of the garage (see photo).The adhesive was fine and went onto the wall without trouble. My concrete walls have ridges from where the forms met, and this applied over that without a problem. (see photo)

I installed this in my garage to help cut down on some of the potential damage to the wall and my car. They seem to be a decent quality and have protected everything very well so far. They were easy to install though I don't particularly like the fake wood design on the outside. But they are functional and work well.

These were easy to apply and the sticky back appears to be strong. After marking in the wall where the car doors typically touch when opened, I peeled a bit of the backing and applied the cushion on the wall, firmly pressing along the way. I used two of the rolls at different heights because the front and the rear doors touch the wall at different elevations. While they simply are doing they are supposed to do, with wood grain look, they are aesthetically pleasing too.

This padding works well. It sticks to the concrete wall great, without the need for extended wall prep.The padding is only about 1/4" thick, so it doesn't provide a lot of protection. If the door is swung open hard enough and makes contact with the wall, this padding may not prevent some damage, but as long as the door is opened carefully when close to the wall, this padding will suffice. If I was afraid of young kids swinging the door into the wall, I would get the thicker padding the company sells.The padding is easy to install. It was easy to trim with scissors.The padding does not look like real wood at all.

Works great! I got these to protect my new Kia Telluride that I brought home today! I immediately put them right where the door opens against the garage. I tested and it absorbs the impact of the door opening normally. I am glad don't have to worry about denting or chipping the paint off my new vehicle in the garage now!

Review for: GWP01 Wood Grain Garage Wall Protector Car Door Protectors, Garage Accessories, Parking Stopper for Garage, Tool-Free, Designed in Germany (6.5mm Wood Grain).This does a good job of protecting the wall from car doors. It comes with two 79" roles, so you have plenty of wall protection. The adhesive is super strong. It will pull the paint off the wall before it comes loose. Don't ask me how I know. It is not the most aesthetic. I think white on my white garage walls would have looked better. However, it doesn't look terrible. The car doors do leave a mark on it, but they seem to recover pretty well after a little while.
