Seems like a well build airless tire. Should last just fine. The installation is not for the weak. Follow the directions by warming up the tire. I didn't use soap. That tends to make my hands to slippery and make it tougher to work with the tire. Use your feet to stand on the tire like the directions state. Two long screwdrivers will do the trick. A second set of hands is nice to have. You will scratch the wheel a little but I feel the benefit of airless tires will be worth some scratches. Fit perfect on the phantom A8. It won't look like it fits but the rubber will stretch.

Easy instructions, used my welding gloves to not burn my hands. Dish soap for lube. Took longer to warm them up than to install. Awesome.

Great product and easy to install. The trick to put the tire on the scooter without any effort is heated a little bit in the microwave and boala, the job is done.

Somebody else recommended these tires on a Reddit thread, indicating that they would fit the phantom A8 scooter from Costco, which are a 9 x 2 tire. The circumference in these is almost a full inch shorter, it would be extremely difficult to stretch them.

This replacement tire fit my husband's Journey Max 1 electric scooter. He had to boil it for 20 minutes, in my good pot but we won't go there right now 🙄! After he let it cool for about 2 minutes, he stretched it over one side, then used tire tongues to get it over the other side, then popped it into place. This rubber tire is a much better option than an inner tube kind. It works great, and his scooter rides smoother.

I am building a base for my 3D printed, life size, humanoid robot and needed tires for movement. I have measured the inner diameters and have 3D printed a 2-part hub that sandwiches the tire and bolts together before being fastened to a drive axle on the base. I know I am not using this tire for it's intended purpose on a scooter, but it works very well for my needs and I will be ordering three more to complete my robot base.
