I ordered the jumping mat of 8 ft. and recieved a 6.5 ft. We was disappointed. I tried reaching out to Gymax, but no one wanted to hear our request. We want a jumping mat for the grandchildren to use for the summer. School starts Tuesday 08/02/2023. If we get the mat, we would be happy and our grandchildren would be thrilled. We need a 12 ft. mat for the 10 ft. frame. Thanks for understanding.

I should I've read the reviews. I ordered the 10 ft, it was too tight, so I thought I ordered the wrong size and ordered the 12 ft and now it's too loose. Basically I've wasted my time and spent $20 returning it, the first time and probably 20 again and so I will literally have spent 40 bucks trying to return this item!!!

Even if you get the "correct" size mat it still may not fit tightly on the frame. Customer service is okay. I received a discount rather than going through the return because even though the mat is looser than the original, it's still usable.

The mat fits perfectly on my 12’ trampoline with 72 springs. It was easy to install and looks durable (only time will tell).
