I order size 10 for my daughter since she is about 71 lb. The vest fits her well. She is able to raise her arms without any issue. The white vest goes with any color dress that she has.

This vest is SOFT and looks nice on arrival. It has held up to several washes and wife is pleased with the look on the youngin. Checks all the boxes and adds some variety to the kids wardrobe.

This item is cute and good material. My 10 year old is small but tall, think size 8 around and 14 for height. It was almost too small around. I expected length to be close but it was really short.
