I have had several weighted wrist weights and they always seem to not fit right either on my wrists or in my hands. These are perfect. I actually use them while doing step aerobics and they are so comfy to hold. I don’t wear them on my wrist but feel that they would fit snugly on a 6.5 “ wrist. I always tend to make a fist when I work out, so I thought, might as well put a little weight in it and these are perfect

Good item, slightly smaller than expected but works fine.

These are the best weights I've ever tried (if they stay intact!). Usually, I wear the Velcro closure 1-2 lb. wrist/ankle weights, but the Velcro wears out quickly and then they just drop off. I use the 2 lb. weights on my ankles careful to slip them on and not overstretch the sensitive seams. They do not move around and offer a good resistance in boot camp. The 1.5 lb. weights are reserved for my palms...I've already gone through a pair that had a defective seam and once the tiny pellets started spilling, I stopped using it and reordered another. If they're held in the palm, I think they'll be less prone to split and spill. I'm hoping for the best! All Gymenist really has to do is reinforce the seams more sturdily.

These are too big for my skinny wrist ... they slide around ... my arms are tired though from wearing them ... I do wish they were tighter around my wrist

Nice very small form factor used for arm weight exercises on piano.

These wrist weights are so easy to wear and work out in.They are very comfortable, and they stay in place as you move.Wish the company would make available more of the 1.5 pound weights. They sell so quickly!Great product!

I liked these until they broke. These wrist weights were comfortable and useful, although they fit a bit loosely. I would often end up just holding them like hand weights while running, rather than letting them stay on my wrists where they'd knock around a lot. Unfortunately they are now breaking; the tiny beads that fill the weights are coming out of the seams. I have used these approximately ten times, each time on a 4-5 mile run. The return window has just passed. I'd say skip these! Searching for better ones now.

Poor sewing job resulted in the lead shot falling out of the weight. Weights arrived in this condition
