It's fun, but you get what you pay for...not the fastest, and the battery ran out after about 3 miles going up and down mild hills. If you need more range and more power, spend more.

I ordered this DIY kit and mounted it to my deck only to have it not work. The battery wouldn’t charge. I returned it and got a replacement that had the saber issue. I emailed the company that makes these directly to troubleshoot and they stated that the H3 is no longer in production and that the batteries are most likely bad on all of them.

I'm super happy with my kit! It's nice and fast and easy to install. The battery takes me to work and back no problem ( about 3 miles ). You do need a drill if you're converting your own skateboard, to make a hole to hold the battery to the board. I love it though. All around amazing product! So fun!

High quality engineering, parts, electronics. Could not be more satisfied after dozens of hours / miles of use. Hub motor spins looser whilst coasting than 3 other brands I've used.
