This bubble machine is smaller than I expected it to be but it’s very effective! The two speeds are perfect for when you are doing photo shoots and need more or less based on what you’re taking picture of. That’s what I’ve been using it for at least. There are many many other ways to utilize this machine especially for kids! Kids love the bubbles more than anything! Overall it’s a great value for the price and if you need a bubble machine that is built to last this is it!

I ordered this Hakuta Upgraded Bubble Machine with 2 Speed Levels to use in my school's photography studio.I've been adding a lot of items to my school's photo studio and I thought that a bubble machine would add some options for photo shoots. This machine will produce a prodigious number of bubbles quite quickly. However, the bubbles are all quite small, making it difficult to tell that they are actually bubbles when they are photographed.The machine will only work when it is connected to a power source via USB-C. This is okay in the studio, where there are plenty of electrical outlets available, but it is less than ideal for use outdoors. I tested it with a rechargeable battery pack (like you might use to charge your phone) and it works. Still, this would be a far more useful device if it included an internal battery as a power source.

My girls LOVE playing in and blowing bubbles so this was an obvious 'try-me' take although $23 is a tad more money than I would normally want to pay for an outdoor (typically disposable...) activity. The basic design of this bubble machine makes it a step above the others that I've used. The tank is pretty big, and is able to put out a TON of bubbles at two different speeds. Seems pretty solid to me, although I wouldn't go shaking it around. The old one I had got wet (from the bubbles...) and stopped working. I'm hoping this one doesn't go out the same way. So far, 5* - lots of fun! Hopefully it lasts!

Pro: compact, makes bubbles like a champ, USB C.Con: man does it need a battery. I know it says that it doesn't have one but it's kind of hard to use without an integrated battery. The USB port is just on the back too so I keep worrying about bubble liquid getting in.
