Amazing! This will do wonders for keeping humidity up in my ball pythons tanks! Has a very earthy smell to it which is expected for moss, but certainly not an unpleasant odor- quite the opposite. Overall a good amount of moss for a decent price

This was shipped very fast and was high quality. I use this moss in my bioactive enclosure for snakes and this is perfect. This was much more structurally sound than a lot of the spagnum moss I have bought. A lot of the moss I purchased in the past crumbled it was so old and dried out. This soaks up and holds water much better than many of those. I am very happy with this purchase and will continue to buy this when I need moss.

When I purchased this “sphagnum moss†there was absolutely no indicator that this was not sphagnum moss, rather, it appears to be some kind of Leucodontacea moss, which is very different in size, shape, and taxonomy to sphagnum moss. Unfortunately, the only way to tell this though is by ripping open the packaging and rehydrating moss which prevents returns. I was purchasing this moss to keep a peace of a very historic moss, but instead I got some random sheet moss you can buy literally anywhere else. If you want moss to keep something damp, this will work, but it sure isn’t sphagnum moss.
