This kit was shipped quickly and all parts were as shown. Very good quality items. We are very happy with our order! We ended up doing a stream with the waterfall so we had to purchase an additional liner. The pump works fabulous. It is so relaxing to sit by the waterfall and enjoy our own little piece of paradise.

Received kit and all parts there. Found liner damaged from rubbing on matrix boxes. Called and left voicemails and email with no response after reading they were still open during the shut down and working to get top reviews. Not happy with customer service.

The liner should be longer the width of the liner is fine

We made a water feature in our yard using this kit. I wish I could post pictures to show off how beautifully it turned out! Just gorgeous, and everything in the kit worked perfectly. We are so pleased. And we did it all ourselves!

My pump carried a 2 year warranty. After 15 months it stopped working. I contacted the warranty department and was told chlorine could damage the impeller although no mention was made if this in the manual. I was not given a sane answer when I asked how was I expected to keep the water clean without chlorinating it. Secondly, I was was told using a 1 1/2†water line would seriously impair the function of the pump. Yet this reducer was provided with the pump. Again nothing in the manual about this. Bottom line they wouldn’t honor the warranty. I contacted Amazon customer service and they issued me a refund.

Set up was relatively easy and a great way to make a great low maintenance water feature. Had a leak in the waterfall box a year later and they stood behind it 100% sent me new parts n/c. Great company and product.
