Product Description

Available in silk, cotton or linen our eye and neck pillows are a beautiful and natural option to relax and relieve strain.

  • Linen: Made of natural fibres from the stalk of a flax plant, linen is highly durable, hypoallergenic and breathable fabric that gets even softer with time and washing. The wheatberry filled Linen Pillow creates a subtle pressure on the eyes when placed on the face during restorative yoga, before bed, after screen time or while travelling. Use at room temperature or heat up in the microwave for an added warm touch and invigoration of the lavender aroma.
  • Cotton: Our Organic Cotton Pillow is simple, beautiful, and calming. The soft cotton cover and weighted wheatberry fill relaxes the face and facial muscles by applying gentle and soft pressure to the eyes. Organic wheat berry, natural gemstones and a lavender fill is naturally cooling, soothes dry eyes, and relaxes the mind and body. Choose from Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Jade, Clear Quartz, or Tiger’s Eye.

Heating instructions:

  • Microwave: Remove cover & set aside. Lay pillow as flat as possible on turntable and heat in 30 second intervals until you reach your desired temperature. Shake pillow between intervals for even heating. Test temperature on the back of the hand or forearm before placing on the neck or face. Do not overheat.
  • Oven: Remove cover and set aside. If you do not have a microwave, you can heat your pillow up in the oven at 250-300 degrees Fahrenheit at 30-second intervals, until it's at your desired temperature. Please be sure to remove the pillow every 30 seconds to shake around the contents so they do not burn.

Pros:- Premium quality silk eye pillow- Contains amethyst from Brazil, Canadian wheat berry and heavenly French lavender- I like to use this eye pillow at room temperature but can be put in the fridge or heated in the microwave- Helps relieve eye/ facial strain, headaches- I love the weight of itWow. This silk eye pillow is pure luxury, I love using it. The combination of Canadian wheat berry, French lavender and Brazilian amethyst makes for one extraordinary eye pillow. The silk feels delicate on my skin and the lavender scent is super calming. I love the fact that this eye pillow contains pieces of amethyst in it, such a neat idea putting healing crystals into an eye pillow. A wonderful item to help enhance your meditation practice if you have a hard time focusing; helps relieve eye strain after a long day on the computer. This eye pillow is exceptionally well made, it would make the ultimate self care gift to yourself.

This has been so relaxing and enjoyable to use on days where I have a tension headache or look a little puffy in the face. As a cooling aromatherapy pad, it helps to relieve some of the puffiness from my eyes in the morning and when placed on my forehead, it feels gently cooling. When heated in the microwave it gives off a relaxing and tension-relieving warmth. The coolness and warmth lasts a good 10 minutes or so before I need to either put it in the freezer again or place it in the microwave to reheat it.The outer silk cover is removable and washable. I have a special type of cleaning detergent that I use for all my silk and wool garments so I’d recommend something like Soak for hand washing the silk cover.

This hot/cold eye pillow is nice!It has lavender, the scent is heavenly.The silk cover is very nice to touch.For heating, you remove the cover and stick the inside bag into a microwave, for cooling you can put it in the freezer. Then once desired temperature is reached, you put the silk cover back on and you can put it on your eyes.The silk cover can be washed in the washing machine.For $40, this is a bit pricey, but it can make an amazing fancy gift for someone you love!
