very easy to assemble (by myself, as a not very strong woman). pictures were easy to follow and everything came as needed, with extra screws in case you drop one. the only downsides were the little stickers on each piece were annoying to remove (but that did make assembly really clear). and the finish on one hook was slightly damaged, but considering the cost and how quickly it arrived i have no real complaints. looks great, feels sturdy to sit on while still being easy to move around. those that said it was small clearly didn't read the dimensions. it's exactly the size i expected and needed it to be for my space.

Looks like they sent one wrong part. The end of the 8 part is suppose to be smaller to connect into the 9 part. Both ends are the same size. It's an important part too so I cant finish building without this step :(Overall all the parts looked nice, nothing was damaged.

This hall tree is half the size I pictured. The instructions for putting it together were clear and it assembled easily. However, it was just smaller than I expected. I’m not taking it apart to return it, so we’ll just make do with it until I find the perfect hall tree. It does seem sturdy enough to hold up well.

This purchase is absolutely worth it!!!! Saves so much room and isn't bulky.....FINALLY! Our foyer felt so cramped with our old one but this one.....absolutely perfect! And not to mention getting shoes on three toddlers.....thank you for thinking about us (as the kids say) "rents", the bench is literally a life saver!!!

This thing is not as described don’t buy it. It’s very cheap wood and very small. I’d only buy it if I was in a small apartment and didn’t care to much about quality but you can get something much nicer for $20-30 more dollars.
