Nobody wants to replace their well pump but so far it's working fine. I got a quote of $2400 to replace the pump. Buying this pump and doing the labor it cost less than half.

It works. The first month and a half after installation it worked great. Great pressure and everything. But now (Nov. 2024) it's not working as well. We've had pressure issues. The pump has tripped out breakers more than once. It has gone through 2 (and is now on the 3rd) pressure on/off switch. It won't fill our holding tanks without shutting itself off. Not even giving us enough pressure to flush a toilet. Other than these issues, the build is good. It was fairly easy to install. And the price was somewhat affordable, as long as it doesn't need to be replaced already.

Pump performs well but even after reducing sand intrusion as noted above, life of pump not as expected. Mostly caused by electrical or motor failure.

Installed the pump last week and run great. We will review later after we run it awhile.
