Purchased these to go above the couch in the living room. They look great with a large clock in between both.Only complaint I have is that they differ in looks.You can tell one has a more brushed metal look and the other is splotchy. Kind of disappointed about that, but they are fine.

Galvanized metal usually means if the surface is chipped, the metal will start to rust. But these planters are also coated with a strong epoxy to prevent rusting. They are sturdy and well made. I was very pleased with the tight construction. Although the style is advertised as rustic or farmhouse, I think it would go with almost any design, especially contemporary.For use outdoors, the flat back means it will lay nicely against a fence or wall and the pre-drilled hole is designed to sit comfortably on a nail. It looks like it will pretty much stay in place without much movement from the wind. They are very portable if you don’t like exactly where you put them the first (or second) time. If you like to vary your plants through the growing season, it would be very easy to put another plastic pot inside one of these planters for easy changing.Inside, the flat bottom means I can use it for fresh cut flowers or a faux arrangement. It will coordinate with any season and its neutral gray will look nice with whatever color scheme I plan. On a tabletop I can back them up together for a large arrangement, or separate them for a different effect.Yet another purpose might be to hang them near my craft area for frequently used items that need to be handy for me but kept away from small children. It would also save counter space for wooden spoons and the like. They will make a lovely hostess gift for the next dinner invitation.All in all, I am very satisfied with this product. I would thoroughly recommend it.

These fit the bill for holding some mint next to the back door to help deter flies. The only modification we made was to drill a couple tiny drain holes so the rain wouldn't drown the plants. These fit perfectly and our mint is growing great in them despite being a lot deeper than wide. I would recommend these for someone wanting to do a wall planting.Just my thoughts,AK

I wanted a flat-sided bucket to hang off the back of my mailbox and found this set of 2. So I have 2 buckets decorated with holiday greens hanging on either side of my mailbox post. They're perfect! I can't hang them with the included screws so I had to get creative with some heavy duty rope, which worked well and is fortunately hidden. I'm not sure if I will use them the rest of the year, but they are perfect for winter cheer!

These were perfect to hang on the fence along the house walkway. It is a narrow space and we wanted to brighten it up with some flowers. I love the way they hang. Very country chic. I lined my with plastic and put a few stones in the bottom just to keep the inside clean and add a bit of weight.

These look fabulous paured with ikea trailling plant. Adds a lovely dimension to the wall in our dining room
