I have to say I was a little disappointed that when I received the iron, the paint was rubbed off by the cord area. However, when I use the iron, it works great. It’s very powerful so you can iron very quickly. I’m very happy with this purchase.

It's heavier and bigger than what I'm used to but it's a great iron. It heats up quickly, and removes wrinkles like a boss.

Fell in love with this iron despite of its weight a bit heavy but it give your clothing the crisp look after ironing. Loving the display screen for the different gauges/ material which adds sophistication to the this iron

I bought this iron for my craft needs. I received it on 9/16/2023, the box was in very poor shape. I opened it to see if there was any damage. No damage was seen, except it looked used. I then filled the iron with the recommended instructions. I then turned it on. All was good. I used it on a project I have been working on, it did wonders. I was very happy. When I woke up this morning (9/17) I discovered my work area was soaked. The iron leak all the water it had in it. Could not find where it leaked from. I just have a soaked work area. I do not recommend.

I love this iron, the steam is powerful when you press the steam button it press out any seam, any crush in the clothes I would recommend any one to purchase it.

I wanted a retractable cord and have used it weekly for last 2 months…I am really satisfied with the heat settings, cord never fails to retract.
