Strong enough to keep my fishing net properly positioned. Works much better than my magnetic release holder with the plastic coiled cable.I'll recommend it to my fellow fly fishing friends.

This is awesome. Big, but holds my gopro on a U-shaped holder with two lights. The locking mechanism is perfect for locking in place for entry/exit. The spring is enough to hold my camera while in the water. Great product.

We use several of these as camera retractors in photography stations. They are under light load 24/7 and are extended and retracted hundreds of times a day. No issues so far, and no complaints.

Using this to hold my scuba pressure gauge/computer console. Just the right amount or retraction force. keeps my console in place.

I got this to hold my new waterproof digital camera so I can wear it surfing. It has more retraction force than I really need, but I figured better too much than not enough. I've taken a couple of pretty good tumbles while wearing it and still have my camera so it's doing it's job. It's a little bit bigger and bulkier than I'd hoped, but that's on me for choosing the stronger unit, I could have gone with a smaller one.

Works great. Perfect size for my UK SL4eLED light. I was afraid that this would be too big, but it's not. Attached to a lower D ring on BC, and light was always handy when needed, and retracted when not. Great combo.
