I upgraded to a Canopy showerhead, but unfortunately the showerhead doesn’t swivel. I purchased this mount and it’s strong enough to support the weight of my new showerhead!It was easy to install and didn’t have any leakage or water flow issues.

I just got my product today and got it installed. I don’t usually leave a review unless I absolutely hate the product or absolutely love it. I love this thing! It was easy to install and works very well. I’ve seen reviews about it not fitting with the size of the existing spout and or shower head. I don’t know why except that maybe whoever was installing it didn’t get the threads lined up properly. Also I’ve seen complaints about the shower falling because the ball joint was too loose and couldn’t hold the weight of the shower head. I thought that was going to happen with mine but the force of the water holds the ball joint in place once the shower is turned on. I am very happy with this product and I’m so happy that I can take a shower without having to stand at the end of my tub to get the water on me. I’m 70+ and a woman, if I can install this, anyone can.

Bought this to use on my 2.5 pound all metal shower head that didn't have any swivel. It does a good job at allowing me to angle the shower head slightly to the left/right, but isn't able to do much more than that.Whenever I try using the swivel to lift the shower head up, it immediately falls down because it is not capable of lifting the 2.5 pound shower head.The tighter you screw this in, the more rigidly it holds the shower head in place, and the more difficult it is to manually rotate your shower head. Despite that, even when screwed in all the way (by hand and using tools), it just is not mechanically capable of holding the 2.5 pound shower head up.I imagine for plastic shower heads this works very well, as all the parts seem very well built and durable. I do still get value out of it as-is because it does hold it well when it's hanging down but angled to the left/right, though. But for $20, I am a bit disappointed it can't hold the showerhead up.

Our shower was remodeled and the installers moved the pipe of the shower head at 6 feet. For me, at 5 feet tall, this was a problem because when I entered the shower, the water would splash on my face. The shower head was set in one place and could not move up or down. The installers said that is just the way it is. Did some research and found this product. Reviewed the video, and husband said 'get it, and I will try placing it on myself.' Item arrived and husband was able to place this adapter on in about 10 minutes. Used some extra tape for any leaks and voila. The adapter swivels up and down. No leaks and have been using this for about a week. I can maneuver it easily and the water hits me nicely in she shoulder area. Husband takes his shower and can move the shower head up. This is a great product and am so glad for the creator of this item. Thank you for making this.

It is hard to find parts that are not cheap knockoffs. But his a heavy duty and built to last product. I rarely write reviews on amazon but this deserves a 5 star review. easy to install. good gaskets. extra teflon tape. quality setscrews and wrenches. so rare to find!

I purchased this because the shower head in my mum’s apartment was not flexible enough. We installed this, with great ease by the way, and it is absolutely perfect!! The product is of incredible quality and value so I would highly recommend it to anyone!Before I purchased it I went to the Amazon website and showed the photo & description to a plumber friend of mine and he was very impressed with what it described. Due to his comments I decided to purchase it because I couldn’t find anything locally that would do what I needed it to do and I am so unbelievably happy that I bought it. Amazing product of incredible quality. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it!!!
