This product worked as it should. The only complaint is all of these small water bottles like this leak.

This water bottle has been in use for 2 different hamsters. One very tiny dwarf hamster, and now one very large Syrian hamster. It’s a small bottle. There’s no way Big Ed could fit in the hidey hole like my dwarf hamster did (and it WAS his favorite place to be). Something to note: Big Ed would never be able to drink out of this if it was sitting on the floor of his cage. But it fits perfectly on top of his igloo house, which then he can easily kind of climb up and drink from the nozzle. So for me it’s worked great. When I fill it, I don’t tighten it down hard - just enough to snug it. It doesn’t leak for me. I think if you tried to crank it tight, it would probably strip it and it might break. Just be careful.

it's one of the water bottles that if you twist it too tight it just undoes the tightness and opens so like it's really not good, and when it's full, sometimes it just opens and spills the water everywhere and it's kinda small but my hamster loves it!

This hamster water bottle is a complete disappointment. It's small, does not function as you would expect. Slide around in the stand. Difficult for hamsters to use: The ball is hard to operate. Poor quality: Seems to be made of cheap plastic. I advise against purchasing this water bottle. It's a waste of money and a source of frustration for both me and my hamster.

I bought about 8 different bottles for my kids hamsters but non of them worked. They all leaked and made a mess. I gave up and we ended up placing a little bowl of water until I found this little bottle. It’s easy to re-fill and most importantly, does not leak. The hamster, my kids and I live it!
