This is a great saw for the price. You must press the button to open or close this saw. This is a valuable safety feature. I also recommend wearing sturdy gloves when using this saw. The blade is thin and flexible, but it is also strong. The teeth are big, and they will catch when sawing, if improperly high pressure is applied. However, if you maintain appropriate light pressure, this saw cuts through wood in a hurry. Using this saw, I rapidly cut through 2" thick branches, one-handed, while standing on a step ladder, while taking down a dead bottlebrush bush. At this price, if this saw ever gets dull, then I will just order another.

Best $8 I have ever spent on a tool. I bought a mini chain saw last year for a project. It worked well for cutting the branches on this tree (see photos). But this little saw was mighty at taking down these branches, and the blade design make for a great and easy cut. You can also use the blade to pull down branches since the blade grips the branch. I also used it to get a bush stump out of the fence that was growing around it. Even a Sawzall would vibrate the fence, but this eased through the wood. I highly recommend this great saw!!!

This is a good saw for the money but it is a bit flimsy and feels like it is going to bend in half when making your push stroke. Be very careful and use the most force on the PULL stroke. Also, the teeth are large which is good for larger branches but kinda gets stuck on smaller branches as the teeth-gaps are larger than small branches. Good for 1" and larger up to maybe 6" (but watch out for the bendy blade as your limbs get larger).

I needed to cut limbs off my indoor trees. It worked so well. It was amazing. I don’t have a lot of strength anymore in my arms, but it was very easy to do. I would highly recommend it.

Saw arrived within two days in good condition. Blade seems thick and sharp; however, it also has some play in how it feels with a bit of side movement. It’s an emergency option that will be rarely used so good enough. Grip feels fine and expectations need to be adjusted given the low cost.

It Came, It Sawed, It Conquered. Used to prune a couple of trees in my yard. a smaller magnolia and a full size acorn. The largest branch was about 5" in diameter and it sawed through just fine.
