Make sure that, the size is correct, but besides that it made well and does the job

The bore on the handwheel is less than 12mm but it is cut for a key. It is not drilled for a set screw and, on the one I received, the key was under a spoke so there's no way to tap for a set screw on the key. There is enough material to drill the bore to 9/16".
