The blade is not sharp, and sometimes you need to use force to cut the chicken. The design is not very convenient. It takes a lot of effort to cut the chicken. It is quite strenuous to use, and even your hands will feel uncomfortable. What makes me even more disappointed is that during the cleaning process, food is easily stuck in the blade, which is very troublesome to clean. For someone like me who cooks frequently, it is really not very practical.

This compact, easy to use device does a good job of shredding chicken and probably pork. It is then easy to clean.I have another, much larger shredder that rests on a countertop and has two rotating knobs you turn simultaneously. I find this current product much faster and easier to use, even when shredding large quantities.I recommend this device.
