I got this for salt in winter, Works good but large chunks jam the delivery unit. Would work great on seeds that are one size. I would recommend just cause it works with DeWALT. lol

Love it love it love it. It would take me five times longer to do my drive now. I do it in two or three minutes and use 2/3 less ice melt!!!!

If you’re someone who hangs out in the garage and don’t mind having to buy another part for this to work, this may be okay. Very disappointing that the battery search makes this thing useless until you buy another part for it. It’s a bit of a switch to have it arrive only to have to go through a big box store to complete it. That’s what I was trying to avoid with buying online in the first place. Prefer plug and play for this one. Pretty cheap build so I’m not sure it has durability on its side.

Holds 3 pounds seed and I can reach the small spots.... Uses my DeWalt battery from other tools
