I got this to melt the ice from the ice room in a fridge so I could replace the parts. This unit worked very well and did not take long at all to melt the ice dam. It comes with different nozzles for different jobs. Would probably also work real well to defrost the drain line in the fridge.

Purchased in May of 24. It is January of 25. Steamer stopped working. Only used a handful of times for short periods of time. Worked amazing when I did get to use it. Stored in the original box, in a dry, room temp room but it didn't make a difference. Don't recommend purchasing this item doesn't last long.

Hate that i have to write this but for the money that i spent on this steamer i wish it would’ve worked more than twice, sucks because i had high hopes for this steamer.Light indicates that its on but it won’t steam

The steamer is pretty good but needs improvement. On the 3rd use the nozzle that inserts to the steamer broke. And it would be a good idea if the steamer had a pause position instead of having to turn the machine off to wipe up the water and then have to turn it back on and wait for the steam to re-generate.

Great steam cleaner at a great price. Only wished that the steamer wand had a on and off switch and a guard to prevent you from touching the hot metal parts. Lots of steam due to it being directly plugged to an outlet. Could use a retractable cord but for the price you can’t beat the results. Works quickly and cleanly. Will buy again and recommend to others
