I bought this for someone for Xmas (a vegan drummer who had mentioned wanting a hand drum). It is small and not that well made. The person I bought it for commented that it was a kiddies drum, which was embarrassing. Go for a bigger size if you are buying for an adult. I must admit that I was a little disappointed.
