About this item

  • 【Enhanced Diagnostic Tool Kit】Our Kit integrating universal push-on connectors, threaded adapters, extension rods, and hoses to offer extensive testing capabilities in a 3-in-1 cylinder gauge diagnostic tool kit.
  • 【Dual Gauge Design】 Our compression gauge tool features a convenient dual gauge design, allowing simultaneous testing of cylinder pressure and leak rate. With easy-to-read 3-inch gauges displaying readings ranging from 0-100 psi / 0-7 bar and maintaining 0-100% accuracy (Accuracy: ±0.5%), users can efficiently interpret results.
  • 【Leak Detection Function】 Our included leakdown gauge tool, when connected to an air compressor (not included), assists in detecting common engine faults such as worn piston rings, valves, cracks in cylinder walls, and blown head gaskets.
  • 【Robust Manifold Assembly】 Our gauge manifold assembly boasts an 18" rubber hose, AR2000 pressure regulating valve, American type air plug, and aluminum manifold body. The alloy and plastic valve knob facilitate pressure adjustment, ensuring compatibility with most gasoline engines with spark plugs (within 20mm).
  • 【Versatile Connectors】 Constructed with aluminum and rubber, our straight/angled universal push-on connectors eliminate the need for threading into spark plug wells and are compatible with almost all petrol engines. The M14 aluminum extension rod can be installed at the end of either the long or short hose (41-3/4" or 11-1/2"), extending the reach and making operation more convenient. Adapter sizes include M14*1.25, M18*1.5, M10*1, M12*1.25, with high-quality, deep threads ensuring secure fitting and durability.

I recently used the Handor Compression Leakdown Detector Kit on my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, and while it performed the job well, I have some concerns about its overall quality. The dual gauge setup made it easy to read the results, and it effectively diagnosed a bad lifter rocker due to leaking valves in my engine. However, the kit feels quite low quality in terms of materials. The gauges and connectors function as expected, but they don’t inspire much confidence in their durability.Additionally, the carrying case feels flimsy and doesn’t seem like it will hold up to regular use. I’m concerned that it might not provide the protection the tools need over time.Overall, while the kit does work for its intended purpose and helped me identify a critical issue, I wish the build quality matched its performance. It’s a decent option if you need a leakdown tester for occasional use on my Grand Caravan, but I wouldn’t rely on it for heavy, professional use.

Handor Compression Leakdown Detector Leakage Test Set Cylinder Leak Down Tester Kit Dual Gauge Leakdown Detector Tool Set for Pressure Check & Leakage Rate Test Gasoline Engine.I have wanted a leakdown tester for some time to complement the compression tester I have for small engines.I can't fault this, it has all the parts and they seem to be made of sturdy components. Can I say this one is better than any other, no, I think they are all pretty much the same.I do have to take a star off because one of the connectors was completely filled with a rolled up ball of swarf. At first I though it was meant to be in there, like some sort of filter, but once I pulled it out I realized it was just machine detritus.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I hope you found it helpful!REVIEW PHILOSOPHY: I only review a product if it is something I am capable of critically evaluating through comparison, testing and use. This means I have experience of using similar items; or that I have equipment or tools that I can test it with; or that I have an upcoming need so I can actually use. I am as selective about getting an item to review as I would be about purchasing that same item, so yes, I expect it to be a good product. My reviews are NOT based on packaging or if it was delivered timely.

The diameter of the inlet fitting was too large and had to be turned down. The directions say to calibrate the pressure where the second guage reads 0 and the first guage should be around 20. At 90psi the second guage is just approaching 0

The Handor Compression Leakdown Detector Test Set looks like a well-built, comprehensive kit that’s ready for any engine diagnostics you might need. Although I haven’t had the chance to use it yet, it’s clear that the kit includes everything necessary for performing pressure checks and leakage rate tests on gasoline engines. The components feel durable and are neatly organized, giving confidence that they’ll perform well when the time comes. For anyone looking to add a reliable leakdown tester to their toolbox, this set seems like a solid choice, offering quality and completeness right out of the box.
