Your cart is empty.The 3 step aider gets you the most height out of a climbing aider. Any more steps on the aider and you simply wouldn't be able to attach the aider to your climbing stick. Keep the 3 step climbing aider in your mobile hunting bag and use it when you need to get a little higher in tree or use it as part of your normal setup and remove a climbing stick or two. Two step attachment loops and a top rung that can withstand upward or downward pressure for one step sticks gives you multiple attachment and climbing stick options. Product is good quality and easy to use as an extension to your tree stand climbing sticks only difficulty I noticed was trying to climb with boots that have an aggressive tread. They tend to get caught in the webbing and can get a little hairy when climbing your tree stand Early morning before sunrise.

While the product seems to be well built, I do not recommend an aider this long. It makes it difficult to descend, and can twist on you.

So the materials are of a good quality but the way they made the hanging loops do not allow you to girth hitch the ladder to whatever and I was forced to use zip ties to keep my aider from falling off my climbing sticks. The steps are a bit far for spacing but I am short and can use them although it is uncomfortable and requires more lean that I’d prefer. I added a bungee to the bottom step so I could wrap the steps up after use which could have been given with the item but had nothing. Overall I wouldn’t purchase this aider again and would probably find a company that has a shorted rung height and the ability to girth hitch the item.

When attempting to climb with this, it immediately shrunk/wrapped around my boot. I was unable to use it even as a two step aider.
