I have gone through 4 airsoft helmets before I finally ended up trying this one. Most are just a plastic shell with pads stuck inside. This one is a tad more expensive than others, but if you want to spend around $40, just adjust your budget a little and buy this one. It's so much better quality for the extra $25, you get double or triple the helmet. It fits far better than all the others I tried, is by far the most comfortable, moves around the least when its on, and feels the most substantial like it would actually protect me from a decent blow to the head. It also has a completely different retention system than the cheap helmets, which makes a world of difference. It fits more like a hard hat with the adjustable inside band that fits very securely. Most people should get large/XL unless you have a very small head. I was paranoid of buying too big when I ended up with a helmet that would be too big for the incredible hulk. But I'm glad I got this size and I couldn't be happier. I'd rate 6 stars if I could. I've heard these are sold for double or triple the price undera different brand name, I'd spend over $100 for this helmet and still be satisfied with the quality. One note, the NVG mount is plastic, not metal, like one person answered in the questions section. Also, you do have to put the velcro on the helmet yourself, but it is very easy and the velcro adhesive is high quality. The pads at the top of the helmet also have to be installed, but it is very forgiving and you can peel it off and try again multiple times without damaging the adhesive. If you want a helmet that looks and feels less like a toy, this is it.

This bump helmet is very comfortable. I was able to mount my PVS14 on the front as well as my comms/ear muffs to the arc rail on the side. Light weight and a great price. Good bang for your buck

Exactly what I was looking for. Plastic shell is solid and not flimsy at all.Accessory rails attached well, not sure what Ill use them for, but glad to have them.Does not have a DOT sticker or impact rating but I think it would be comparable to a bike/skateboard helmet.Nice color, and leather chin strap pad. Stitching is very well done and heavy at the joints.Adjustable head band is nice, I got the L/XL. My head measured 22.5in and that is about as small as this head band will adjust. I had to lower the temple pads so they would squeeze the strap a little more to get a tight fit.Chin straps adjust easily, stay putt, and don't leave any hanging excess straps to flop around and annoy you.You have to add the velcro and some pads yourself.Great for the price. If I need another, I will go for this one.

This is a solid bump helmet and honestly, I’ve paid a lot more for less. As others have indicated, this is actually impact rated. It looks exactly like what I’ve worn professionally.I was a little apprehensive about the pattern but it is uniform and matte, very nicely done.The padding, as well as the hook/loop, seems to be high quality and everything went together easily.The ratchet mechanism is solid and affords a great deal of adjustability.The NVG mount is metal and my norotos mount snapped in effortlessly with no slop.I have an average size head and the L/XL fits me comfortably. I have it tightened all the way up and it works well with my PVS7 and a counterweight.I highly recommend these and I am in no way affiliated with this company. Just an honest review.

Very well built. I’m glad I bought this instead of a Team Wendy or an Ops Core bump helmet. Everything is solid. Rotating the adjustment knob is a little stiff but it still works great. My head is a 23.5†and it fits perfect, and it can still widen out even more. Rails fit all of my accessories great and the Velcro kit that came with it sticks well. Doesn’t feel cheap at all

Well it’s not exactly as pictured, or atleast mine isn’t. It’s missing the Velcro and the pads on the inside are not the same. But it’s pretty cool.

Normally nothing fits due to my enormous head but the larger size fits fairly well. My heads 26cm and it goes up to 24cm. Still fits with some adjustment but doesnt sit fully properly so it looks kind of goofy. But regardless it's good quality, good looking, camo, and good for the price

C’est mon 4ème casque pour l’airsoft et c’est celui qui taille le mieux.Son système de réglage et d’attache est vraiment bien conçu.Je l’ai couplé avec une visière FMA spécialement fait pour ce type de casque (acheté sur Wish)Je l’ai essayé en partie et vraiment je suis ravi.

Many years ago, I bought an Ops Core Bump helmet to use for skiing and biking. Back in 2000 or so, airsoft helmets and their quality were mere toys. 20 plus years later, their QC has risen and I’ve been impressed. I expected the straps to be made of light weave nylon, but it’s pretty dense. I expected the pads to be soft as packing foam, but instead the FMA pads were quality molded like the Ops Core, but a tad softer. The ABS plastic is, well… ABS and I did not expect it to be super stiff, hey it’s a bump helmet. The Multicam paint job is flawless quality paint job , true to Multicam and closely matches my TruSpec MultiCam / OCP ACU/BDU battle blouse. The ARC rails show some moulding cast lines, but they are not bad for the money. I realize I’m not going overseas on a contract so this will be fine for airsoft fun and maybe kayaking. The interior harness is pretty impressive. Much better than our mountain bike helmet suspension systems. The NVG mount is riveted on the shell, and I did not mind because I’m not using any sort of NVG. It’s made for light duty gear like a GoPro8 (nothing heavy ). The pads were straightforward to install and so was all the velcro adhesive “loop†ends. I merely looked at the vendor’s pictures and matched things up quite easily. I do have to say after wearing a steel M1 helmet overseas on my first deployment and duty in an infantry battalion, even bump helmets have come a long way. I did wear a PASGT, and a MICH, and an ACH helmet while earning money in the past, so having replaced the headache causing factory suspension systems for Oregon Aero pads, this bump helmet by FMA is a very distant cry, even for a knock around helmet. I was very surprised by the quality even if it is made by the Xhinese. I’ve experienced Gentex and other government contractor helmets in the past, and I was really impressed. FOR THE Money!! Heh Heh Heh... Hey, it ain’t a 3A hard hat!! It’s for horsing around in my old age trying to recreate my youth and foolishness!!PS: I’m rocking a pair of Peltor ComTac V units after killing off 3 Sport Tac ear pro units. Very easy to fit under the L-XL helmet. It was made for the ear pro. I was thoroughly pleased how easily the Peltor ComTac V fits with this helmet. A match made in heaven. Even the side suspension/ratcheting system works well with the Peltors. Most happy.

Ich habe mir zuerst einen "normal großen" Helm gekauft der bei meinem Dickschädel doch recht lustig aussieht. Dieser hier ist in der Größe L/XL und passt perfekt. Die Qualität ist in Ordnung. Ein paar "Nasen" vom Kunststoff-Gießen sind sichtbar. Diese habe ich abgeschliffen da sie mich gestört haben.

Unfortunately the first helmet was damaged in transit but this company were very helpful in arranging a replacement to be sent out and I have now received it safe and sound. A very nice helmet and a genuine XL!!ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
