UPDATE: After reading positive reviews I decided to try buying another and this time it fit PERFECTLY. It fit so well I bought 2, one for my 23mm and another for my 33mm. Well made, functions perfectly, and looks great! Not sure what happened with the original purchase but it's all good now.Despite being made specifically for the XF 33mm1.4 it would NOT MOUNT. This would certainly damage your lens if you forced it on. It's a shame because it looks great and seems solid. The tolerances are simply WAY OFF. If Haoge admitted it was off and made a new version and promised that it would fit I'd buy it...

High quality metal and finish. Looks and functions great. A little too tight but you’ll never have to worry about it making noise or accidentally coming off.

My original kept falling off and I lost it within 1 week of buying the camera. This one is expensive but very well made and sturdy. Worth every dollar. I would give it five stars if not for the lens cover being a little too tight. But it is also sturdy and difficult to lose.

Even though the item description states that this lens hood will fit Fuji latest XF23mmF1.4 R LM WR, I just can't make it works, way to tight to turn it to the right position. Very disappointed.

This is a great looking product. It is all metal and of a high quality.I had read another review from a person stating that this did not fit his 33mm 1.4 LM WR, so I was prepared to send the item back if I had the same problem.I am pleased to say that it fits perfectly. There was no "forcing" or any abnormal amount of pressure needed to put the hood on. I would say that it actually fits better than the original lens hood which I felt was a little loose. This one goes on smoothly with a satisfying click and solid fit, very nice.Thanks very much!

I feel that lens hoods are essential items on all my lenses for protection reasons, as well as the potential image quality benefits. I primarily use them to help shield the front lens element form getting hit or bumped. The Fuji lens hood was OK, but I didn’t like how long it was. I love the look of square hoods, so I picked this one up because it’s the same brand I used on my X100V. The quality of the product is everything you would expect to wear a Fuji badge, but it’s a Haoge brand. I find them to be a great quality and an excellent value.

Hood is nice though as received it would not fit on lens and I had to remove material from the hood with a scraper to get it on the lens.
