Great for my Aussie! He absolutely hates the blow dryer and tries to bite it the whole time. It improves his ability to handle the blow dryer. He only tries to bite it if it’s hitting near his face. But we got him a large and he’s about 49 pounds. It stays on well and I don’t have any problems with slipping. It’s nice and thick and soft. And I think a good price for the quality

My dog has chronic ear infections, and has had 2 hematomas, one on each ear.He is a semi-large pit-dane (70-80 lbs).He was an ear flapper before hematomas, and remains one after. So, in order for him to not blow out his ears I got this to help hold them down.So a couple of things to note:1) They will still flap, and some MIGHT try and paw at it, so pay attention to your pet. Flapping with this one, nothing will move if they don't paw at it incessantly. Its decently tight, and offers ear support.2) It is soft and stretchy, so easy to get around most dog heads, its almost like a head-sock in that way.3) Most important one to me: If your dog CURRENTLY has an ear infection, or has had surgery... you WILL need to CLEAN REGULARLY. This device will not dry the inside of your dog's ears, so covering it up will keep it icky if left with moisture.If its gunky-infection it may be difficult to use this. It will get crusted up easily and youll have to wash it. If you leave it in too long the crush will make it stick to their fur and make it gross as well as uncomfortable to remove later.I would recommend some supervised Air-Dry time several times a day, or a cone instead if its a recent surgery or gunky ear infection.Now, if your dog does NOT get ear infections, and just is a flapper/ear scratcher this would probably work very well without much worry. Just clean ears regularly, wash this when it gets covered in hair or dander to prevent likelihood of creating an infection using it.I wouldnt say they are noise cancelling, though maybe noise dampening. Some dogs might find relief from it, some might find discomfort. Depends on the dog.I can see the use from this product, but it did not work for my purposes unfortunately. No fault of the product I feel, It just did not fit my needs. Just think about it a minute, and be willing to take a loss if its not for your dog.

It does help to calm my dog down but he can still get it off if he tries enough so I have to keep adjusting it.

Our Golden Retriever hates blow dryers or vacuums (like at the car wash). We put this on her, and it immediately worked. She stays still and even sits now to be blow dried, which happens a lot since she likes to swim year-round. She's around 67 pounds, and the large fits snug without being too tight and comforts her when it's on and the dryer is going. Highly recommend.

I really like the quality and color of this product. Fit is also pretty accurate Unfortunately, it does not stay on either of my dogs for long. These slip on snuhgly but pretty easily and do not seem to bother either dog initially but, after a few minutes, they shake their heads a couple of times and it slides down behind their ears to their necks. I am hoping it is a training issue that I can resolve.I cannot speak to the calming effect as they don't stay on long enough to tell. Price is good for quality of materials.

This will be long, but may help someone in a similar position.This product has single handedly saved my dogs life and my entire family's sanity. We inherited my grandfather's Yorkie in 2019, who is now about 17 years old with dementia and losing his hearing, sight, and mind. He has always had separation anxiety. First with my grandfather, now my dad. If he is not with my dad, he barks. Non-stop. At anything, anyone, at all times. He's always done this, but it has gotten worse in the last few years. We have tried everything; medication. cbd, calming treats, collars, lick mats, taking him on walks. It has gotten so bad my dad has been considering putting him down, which none of us want to do as he is healthy, but the barking is insufferable and affecting the mental health of everyone in the house. It brings my mom to tears and she no longer enjoys being home.As a last ditch effort to save him from meeting the end, I purchased the happy hoodie. I can't even begin to describe how this tiny piece of cloth can instantly stop a barking fit and calm him down. I don't know if it's because he feels strange in it, he pressure is easing his anxiety, or the muffling of sounds (he can hear, but not well) has made him less stressed, but my family and my dog has had the most peaceful week in years. He looks absolutely silly in it, but it has been a miracle for us. Now our little old man can stay with us for as long as he is able to and we can finally relax in our home. Thank you happy hoodie for saving my dog!!!

Our standard poodle loves to play with and fetch balls. So he is continually dragging his ears on the ground, picking up burrs and dirt and such. We use this to cover his ears when he plays outdoor. It is perfect for our purpose. We didn't buy it for a calming effect.Based on the Amazon page for this, we initially ordered the recommended size by breed -- which was one size too small. So we purchased the larger size and it is perfect.

Really helped my boy with fireworks and thunderstorms. It’s stretchy, but the fabric is nice and comfy. He looks funny but so cute with it on. I’d def buy again when I need too.

I just received the Happy Hoodie today, I am very pleased with the softness yet firm tightness and thickness of the head wrap. My cat was going to start acting up, so I used the hoodie, my cat calmed right down and allowed me to bath her. I was quite impressed. Something so simple, helping so much!

Bought this for our Akita for fireworks night. lovely soft stretchy material nice fit. She was still a nervous wreck but I think she would have been worse had she not had it on

nous avons acheté cette capuche parce que nous avons deux chiens et que notre shi tzu mordait tout le temps l'oreille de notre bichon, grâce à cette capuche, nous n'avons plus ce problème mais ce que nous ignorions c'est que cette capuche allait entièrement changer notre vie!!! En effet, notre bichon, contrairement à notre shi tzu est très nerveux et aboie à chaque bruit qu'il entend, depuis cette capuche nous avons deux chiens super sages!!!!! Je recommande, je viens d'en commander une autre pour mon shi tzu parce qu'il a peur quand il sort en ville à cause du bruit de la circulation, il sera apaisé également grapce à cette capuche. Merci au vendeur!!
