The 2 D05 style valves do not actuate electrically. however if you apply the manual override buttons one at a time while applying power to the associated electrical valve solenoids they remain engaged until released but will not energize until the manual override is once again pushed. i work in a hydraulic repair shop and we usually have to replace the solenoid coils that will not actuate the associated valve or replace the entire valve in some cases . the question is "why do none of the valves work without manual assistance"?the pump operates good and produces good pressure. this unit is a nice looking, well configured power unit but sadly it doesn't work.

I really liked this pump, it has a larger motor and pump than the one I replaced. I would have rated it 5 stars however the documentation included with it was very poor( 6 total pages of 1/2 page size pages are written in both Chinese and poorly translated English). If you don't have experience with electric solenoid switches the owner's manual will not help you. The information in the manual is not only extremely limited but is not well-written. I had to disassemble the remote switch to determine which color wire was associated with which remote button. It was easy to switch the wiring at the pump to assign the remote button to a particular solenoid, but it did require investigating because the "owner's manual" does not provide any information. I looked up the company's website. Nice pages but still no information, in fact, don't look too closely at the advertising rhetoric because the conversion information from Metric to English units (liters to gallons or quarts) is all incorrect. The website said they provide a 24/7 helpline, but when I called they were not available. In Summary, great product, but very poor support.

Great looking pump but you got to know what hydraulic hose fittings they are they where not British standard pipe like the description says

I bought this for a gooseneck trailer that has never worked right. Once installed it was like having a brand new trailer finally!!! Thank You!!!

Pump isn't working correct, and the pump bleeds off and sticks solenoid on. Tried contacting happy buy multiple times with no success. Horrible customer service!!

First one arrived broken so reached out super fast and helpful customer service. they sent me a new one that unfortunately came broken, as well due to weight and packaging issues and probably improper handling but it wasn’t too bad I just replaced the broken plastic parts. and used it anyway it has been working great from then on!
