No more bolt & washer / deadblow installs for me, which is nice, considering that is 100% a good way to mess it up.

Used the set on a 4.6 Ford. Worked a treat. Nothing super advanced about it and you're only getting bare bones stuff here. It's not the highest quality set I've used. But it's also one of those things you don't need until you need it, and I needed it now. The old balancer went bad in a hurry and it's not something you want eating into the front of the timing cover. Mine made such a racket I knew it was time...RIGHT NOW. This set really did make the job easier with only keeping the timing right being the nerve-racking thing. Do I think they'll last forever? Well as long as they dont break on use the simple thing that they'll barely get used is in their favor. I DON'T think it's a 35 dollar set though. My opinion of course. I will give it a recommend simply for working, not breaking and helping me do a job that otherwise I might not have been able to do correctly without it. Also, the case is good.

This harmonic balancer installation is self-explanatory. Clean up the threads in the front of the crankshaft, and apply clean motor oil to those threads. Then thread in the right-size shaft, align the harmonic balancer and woodruff key and run down the nut with the bearing side against the harmonic balancer until the balancer bottoms.*Boom*You're done!
Very disappointed

I used this kit to install the harmonic balancer on a 5.7L HEMI. The balancer bolt was really long so I was concerned that the installer might not reach. It did work properly for me. The parts all snap into the storage case, too. I like to keep some anti-seize grease on the threads so the tool will last for years to come. I also do not use power tools with a puller or installer.

This long reach harmonic balancer remover kit works well. Fits most balancer and is made of top grade material. Works for installing and removing the balancer pulley. Has multiple attachments for accurate use. Would recommend to others.

Pretty simple product with only one real task, and it failed at that. It includes 4 different types of threaded rods for installing many different balancers. The included bearing/nut combo that is used to turn on the threaded rod to push the balancer on is very cheap metal; it cracked on the very first use! I would NOT recommend this product.
