THE BOTTLE IS VERY NICE BUT THE CAP IS CHEAP PLASTIC WITH A PAPER INSERT. IT WON'T LAST LONG. THEN YOU'LL LOOKING FOR SOME WAY TO CLOSE IT.. I'M THINKING MAYBE A LARGE CORK ALTHOUGH I'M NOT SURE HOW CORK IS GOING TO HOLD UP AGAINST OIL..

All of the recipes require way too much oil which renders the dressings absolutely disgusting.
