Purchased two of these plus the slide latches to replace broken ones. I had to drill new holes, and everything works as designed. The owner of the commercial building couldn’t be happier. You will need to purchase the screw and bolt kit separately.

Shiny and works well. Buyer beware there are no screws with this. You need 4 to install.
