My daughter and her cousin got these (in different Harry Potter houses) to wear to Universal and they were great quality. They looked so cute. I would say they were true to size.

I got this for my 9 year old who has discovered and fallen in love with all things HP. She really likes the outfit but is uncomfortable with the top being slightly cropped. I did go back through the product page to see if it is mentioned but I didn't see that anywhere. She is constantly tugging on the hem of the shirt because a small sliver of skin shows. I finally just told her to pull the skirt up a little higher, which works ok but isn't a solution. This is a very cute set and she loves it other than the length of the shirt and it appears to be of quality construction. Please just note in the description that the shirt is short.

The item: Harry Potter-themed sweatshirt and skirt set in cream, brown, and burgundy.I ordered size '11-12' because my 11-year-old daughter usually wears a 10, but I could tell the skirt was gonna be short, so I went up a size, hoping for an increase in length.The color and design are true to the product images. They're that kind of soft printed vinyl-y stuff that cracks if you dry it in the dryer no matter what the labels say.The fabric isn't great. It's pilling on the inside of the sweatshirt very rapidly, even with very careful washing and drying. It's that kind of soft that almost feels drying to your hands if that makes sense.The design is adorable, and it's unfortunate, but the skirt is just not wearable in our household. It's a mini skirt with no shorts underneath and, in general, not appropriate.Because we sized up the sweatshirt is sweatshirt-sized and not a crop top.The opinion: I would not purchase this, and I'm disappointed in promoting the idea that crop tops and mini skirts are appropriate for elementary-aged children.

The top was comfy but the skirt was a little itchy and the size was a little big but it was easy to wash !

I’m reading Harry Potter with my daughter and she wanted an outfit from the series. This outfit is so cute and comfortable for her. It fits true to size and is made of good quality material.

My 9 year old is deep in her HP phase, so she was very excited to receive this outfit. She typically wears a 10-12 in most things. I ordered a 11-12 for her based on the size chart, and it fits as expected. I like that the skirt is not too short, and the khaki color is a nice change of pace. I thought she'd want the red to better represent Gryffindor, but she surprised me by picking the lighter option. Weight-wise, this is best suited for fall/spring weather, although if you pair it with heavy tights you could definitely wear it into the winter.While I initially thought the price might be a bit high, once I received the outfit, I was very impressed with the quality and think it is priced appropriately.
