Bought this for a toy drive at the last minute (mom...there's a toy drive and I need to bring something by Friday - he says on Tuesday). Lots of fun. Very sturdy. Good for any age - even if it's just hand eye coordination putting the disks in the slot.

This classic game had kids and parents of all ages playing non-stop. I had one grandad who was rushing his granddaughter to finish her vision board, which was on our other table, until I invited him to a game of Connect 4. He said ok, one game. I beat him and it was on after that! He said oh no, the best 2 out of 3, with his granddaughter then waiting for him. A classic game, low cost, durable. Good to bring out the kid in all of us. Another parent saw how much fun her kids were having with the game and she said that's what y'all are getting for Christmas - old school games. Sometimes, we need to be reset from the technology and reminded of how simple and fun life can be.

I got this for my 7 year old sister because I know for sure she likes to play board games (especially with me). She loves this and it’s great for the family to play together! She has learned to look at the entire board when making a move and strategizing. Easier than checkers (for her, for now).
