Most of this summer I have been using a grill on a much larger scale. The old full scale grill was really rusty and the ash tray was ready to fall out of the track. After it was gone I decided I needed a way to grill anything I wanted to much quicker than what was available to me. I can't afford another large scale one right now. So, I chose something similar to it much smaller and cheaper. I grilled the first meal with this little one this evening and it worked PERFECTLY! Time will tell how long this little wonder will last. I think it's well made and was easy to assemble. Including an ash tray would have been more convenient. Hint to the manufacturer.

Perfect size, no random holes, easy to put together an clean an can holds a lot for its size definitely recommend if you live in a apartment type setting or at a public park.

I had previously bought an almost identical unit, except for the color and the temp gage. It has lasted over 20 years. Got this one to give the old one a rest but this one just isn't up to the task. It's cheaply made, so I can see it's not lasting like the other one. Had to bend it into shape just to close properly. The excess of leftover hardware had me thinking I missed something. Its just cheap. Overall, I wish I could have found the original brand instead.

It’s a very cute fun small grill ^-^ so the underneath does get very hot I was prepared with the patio slab on the picnic table, I wouldn’t put this just on any table tops etc. I only opened it with a oven glove on so I'm not sure if the handle on the top gets hot but I assumed it was lol? Some of the black finish on the bottom did bubble off but this doesn’t bother me I plan on just using stove paint to touch it up plus anywheres it might do it in the future so far I’ve only used it once and I did enjoy it a lot ^-^
