This one is great for the beginner. Easy to use and helps hold cap easily for pressing. And being able to see what you’re doing. Doesn’t take up a lot of space.

The temperature settings are off so figuring out what setting it should actually be on has been a pain. But it works ok.

This is a metal frame and sturdy. The pressure is good. The temperature is hot but in the center and it seems the other side front and back areas are just hot from residual heat. The calibration for the temperature is off for example when set to 301F it was only 287 so adjustments to compensate for the temperature to really be what you want is needed. The two silicone covered plates are spongy and really get wrinkles out nicely. I took a star away for the temperature fluctuations & another star away because the front digital panel is flimsy & it takes almost 4 to 5 minutes (slow) to reach 325F. I do like the spring loaded handle to pull the hat snug and it is easy to use. The instructions to set time and temperature were easy to understand.

I don't normally write reviews for products. I really felt I needed to on this one. As a business owner we are always looking for quality equipment. This one by far has been the best investment we've made.Very well made. Firm and sturdy. We will have to see how long it holds up. Five star rating for sure!
