Item will not turn on. Upon turning on the equipment the light flashes and the equipment shorts out. Attempting to get item replaced but only see options for refunds. Disappointing!

This press is easy to use. I not only use it for hats but for clothes as well. I love that you can adjust the temp and the timer is very helpful to have.
