I normally don't review products I just received, since generally I haven't even had a chance to try it/them yet. However, I tried this hat cage for cleaning hats today and I am currently on my husband's 3rd hat! The cage keeps it in shape and the laundry bag cover protects the hat so that it can be cleaned in the washing machine! I love it and am thrilled with the product. I am seriously considering getting another so that I can do more than 1 hat at a time. Worth the money! 5 stars.

Assembling the hat washing kit was pretty straight forward, I simply inserted the prongs into the holes and that formed the sturdy cap cage. Once that was put together, placed my first cap onto the cage and it fit without and problems then I placed the fabric net bad onto the cage and zipped it close I especially like that the zipper can be secured in a little loop so it will not open in the washer machine. I threw it into the washer and about 45 minutes later my cap came out the washer looking as awesome as ever. I have only used it twice so far but it looks like it does what it is supposed to do.

I think this product works great. Hence the 4 starts. I didn't give 5 stars because there is no way to take it apart. The description on here says that the ends are labeled. Mine were not and I apparently guessed wrong on which ones went in each location. It now shapes the hat wrong and I can't seem to take it apart to adjust it.*Edit to say we finally got it apart, but since it wasn't labeled it was super difficult to figure out the correct way it went

I initially purchased a similar product without the net, and it was a disaster. But this one is amazing! It holds the shape of the hat perfectly, keeping it in great condition. The net design is a huge bonus, and I love that it’s one size fits all. This has made storing my hats so much easier, and I’m really impressed with how well it works. Definitely recommend!

The item I received might be defective? After a few washes, the zipper has completely separated and ripped in the closure numerous areas, so it cannot be unzipped without ripping it completely and then it will be useless. Going to see if I can get a replacement because this is a great invention and hopefully it was a defective item.

i'm not sure about this product. you have to add some of your own adjustments to it to make sure it doesn't come undone, but the front straps are horrible at staying attached. i think some people prob edit their videos to make it seem like this product really works, good for you einstein, but it's pretty much a terrible product. i had tremendous hope for it. i tested out my old hats that i never wear & they both were completely destroyed first i used twist ties to see if it that would help...they came undone. then i used black rope...that wasn't so bad, it kept most of the cage intact. i think the water itself is the biggest problem. i'm not the smartest person in the room, but i think regardless if the cage stayed intact, the impact of the water will wrinkle up the hat bc water is heavy. this product looks promising, but please don't get your hopes up. i ruined one good hat of mine, an under armour cap, it was about $26. i still wear it, but it lost its form in the cage. i don't want to criticize the company that made this product, obviously they put some thought into it bc back in the day, you didn't have things like this if your hat got dirty, you either deal with it, or you get you a new ball cap. don't ever put too much trust in these products. always make sure you have something to test the product with. DON'T use your favorite hat first. use something you never use. then again, ig i could try the dishwasher

Muy util y firme, solo no me di cuenta al comprarlos que uno es para tamaño adulto y otro para tamaño niño. Tambien seguir las instrucciones para abrirlos y cerrarlos (parecerÃa obvio pero sà es importante para no forzarlos) y usar un ciclo de ropa delicada en la lavadora, hasta ahora no se han abierto pero por si acaso engancho el seguro de la gorra en ellos para que no se suelte tan facil

We washed two hats that were very, very dirty. One black hat and one white one. The black hat has white detergent marks, but could probably be rinsed out.The white one looks great, almost brand new except for a couple marks we could spot clean.The only problem is that one of the hats that was a stretch fit hat, was stretched and no longer fits.We sprayed the hats with a household cleaner and let them sit wet, soaking for 15 minutes before washing in the dishwasher. We used regular dishwasher pucks.
