Yeap it fit as listed , on an impreza dont even need to take rear deck apart. Pop the old switch with a screw driver anf cut and splice the wires, test, push new swith in, done

The switch itself fits and functions properly but have to cut off the harness and splice into the factory harness.

This worked fine in my Forrester. The only downside I saw was the OEM has a rubber weather cover over the switch. This one does not. It does work as expected though.

other reviewer stated "only downside I saw was the OEM has a rubber weather cover over the switch. This one does not." that is exactly why this one is better. It seems like plastic. the OEM one degrades and is crap. This one perhaps will last longer
