Nice solid product. I was missing parts. It may have accidentally thrown them out with the box. I called the customer service number and told them that. They shipped replacements quickly. Even though I told them it may have been my own fault they didn't charge me. Great service. The "wax" it comes with is too fast for a table this size. I just ordered some slower wax

For the money, including free shipping, this is an outstanding deal. We just received it yesterday, and have already assembled it and are playing it. A lot of fun! Definitely recommend buying the matching Hathaway table cover - looks and works great. We put a couple of St. Louis Cardinals' fatheads on both the game and the cover, and then play the game like baseball, i.e., 1 for a single, etc., with a home run being on the back edge. Enjoy!

The table itself may or not be any good. Right now I have a 300-pound paperweight sitting in my driveway and I blame all parties involved. I blame the manufacturer since they choose to sell through Amazon. I blame Amazon because they contracted the delivery through CEVA Logistics. CEVA left the table in my driveway blocking my garage. The delivery was outside the previously agreed delivery schedule by two hours (while there were active thunderstorms in the area and I was at work). Forget the countless calls, emails, and text messages sent within a week of the delivery that were designed to remind me the customer of when to expect the delivery.An adult signature was required- that never happened. The product was to be delivered to the room of my choice- that never happened. The delivery company was to unwrap the packing to allow for inspection of damage- that never happened. See the attached photos for what I get to look forward to (damaged? who knows) The delivery company was supposed to haul away the packing materials- you get the idea, it never happened. Since CEVA will not answer their local (Atlanta, GA) phones for their central customer service nor me, and there is no way to leave a message, I now have a very heavy, expensive "pig in a poke."I spoke to CEVA central customer service but all they could do was take my complaint. The CSR agreed that the service was not up to delivery standards. However, the CSR stated the delivery to room of choice and everything else was not in their description. So...Amazon tells the customer one thing, their contractor says another. And the customer gets the short end of the service stick.I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but guess what? CEVA Logistics is not an accredited business with them. Good job in picking subcontractors, Amazon. I fully expect Amazon will edit this review or call it hate speech and delete it. Next time I will absolutely pay a little more, buy local, and support businesses that thrive based on real customer service. Awful experience.Update: I leave the review at 1-star. The product was damaged and I will request a refund. As noted by a few other reviewers- you get what you pay for. Cheap materials, pre-drilled holes not aligned, inconsistent playing surface. There is nothing tournament quality about this table. Lesson learned.

This is a fabulous piece was added to our finished basement. It was a big hit with family from out of state. My son wanted to take it home!! LOL he ended buying one last month. We bought the bowling 🎳 to add for more fun

VERY heavy box. The delivery guy helped me carry it up to my apartment, but it was a struggle. Product description says it includes a table brush, but apparently it does not. I did the assembly myself, but I'd recommend having a helper. One end of the table does not line up correctly and is not flush when assembled. The pressboard legs are flimsy and I don't expect them to last very long (already cracking at bolted end). The plastic feet have bare edges, so I went out and bought 3.5" furniture sliders to make it easier to move around and to prevent them from digging into the carpet. Did not include any instructions on gameplay or how to properly maintain/clean/wax the table.

I received the package missing several key pieces and the top was completely damaged. It is made of some form of wood tape finish which is poorly done.
