I recently purchased a shuffleboard table from Sams Club. Its a beautiful table which I almost returned after a few days. The wax (sand) would bunch. I would throw the weight and it would just drop and plow the field. I tried different waxes (I own 8 different cans now) and silicon sprays and wax. Nothing stopped this. I tried everything else and finally tried these weights. My wife said I was grinning ear to ear during the game...not a single weight plowed the field. I could play the game FINALLY!!!A nice bonus is the wooden case. My kids aren't old enough to play unsupervised yet so when we are done playing I put them in the case and put the weights up high.

We needed another set of pucks so we could team play. Although these are not as nice as our others they are perfect for the kids and worked for team play. If I ever need another set for everyday play and kids I will purchase these again. also, the case is a nice have to put the extra sets away when not needed.

The items arrived promptly and work great on my 9 foot shuffleboard table, while the case they come in feels slightly, lower quality the picks them selves are great!

One of my daughter's friends has sticky fingers and I suspect my missing puck went into her backpack, so here I am writing this review. These things are as good as the pucks that came with my shuffleboard table from the factory, so I'm definitely happy to have a complete set up and running again. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do, I would buy these again.

I concur with the previous reviewer who said these pucks solved their issue with pucks plowing. No idea why but they work great. And yes they are a bit smaller than standard but they are 2 1/8†as per the description. Great for a shorter table.
