If you're looking for an old school style accounting ledger this one is a great choice. Size is easy to carry around at about 8" wide. The cover is a nice heavy duty plastic that will survive light spills and no bent up corners over time. The paper is printed front and back with line spacing wide enough in case you are not a small neat writer. Double spiral bound and the paper is substantial feeling. I don't know the GSM weight but it handled wet writing fountain pens and gel pens just fine. The Sharpie is almost too much for any paper but otherwise bleed through and ghosting were minimum if you want to use both sides of the paper. I like the traditional feel of the book instead of endless spreadsheets that seem to crowd life quickly. I'm very happy with this one.

The spiral binding, paper, and cover are all good quality. I'm not sure why I expected something more like the old style accounting sheets/books I grew up with. That's not what I saw in the product pictures.In reality, it's basically a large check register. Not a whole lot more.

This is great for teaching teens, young adults how to budget and keep track of their money. Or you can use for personal or work, but its great to keep a checks and balance on bills, incoming and outgoing money. Great Price!

This account/ledger book is definitely beginner friendly. I’m using it to track my purchases, of which I’ve divided into categories and highlight based on category. Then I’ll total up each category to see what percentage of my spending they are. I’m new to budgeting but this is a nice, small size that allows me to put into my book bag. The paper quality is just OK — I prefer a thicker paper with perforated edges and this has neither. However, when it comes to budgeting I think buying something cheap while starting out is the way to go!

Really great to write out your bills and really see how you're managing your money. Sometimes paper is the best way to go!

This is smaller than I expected, but mainly because I'm terrible at judging size. It is what I wanted, but I still wasn't prepared for how small it is. Regardless, the entry lines are perfectly roomy, so I will have no problems using this as I intended. The design of the pages is basic, but the printing is clean. The paper is white, which I prefer over the cream color that these sometimes have. The spiral binding is nice and sturdy, and the plastic covers should hold up well. Overall, I am very happy with the ledger.

This is a Terrific Accounting Ledger for a Beginner. It is easy to handle and read. I like the paper thickness too. It would be perfect for someone heading out on their own for the first time. It is awesome!
