OK don't laugh. I purchased a utility sled that is great however the rope is awful and no handle. I have severe arthritis in my hands and pulling a heavy object with rope is too painful .The handle to this cinch drag is PERFECT. It comes apart so you can thread the rope thru and put the cap back on. SO Great .

The last deer I shot before getting this resulted in having to drag the body uphill, over trees, and resulted in a very sore body. Saw this online, and for the price figured why the heck not. Worked perfectly for the very next whitetail. 2 weeks later, my dog found a few day old deer carcass in the back yard (yuck--my pooch enjoyed the find). Next morning I went out to a frozen solid deer, hooked up the dragger, and pulled the stiff deer back into the woods. Cannot beat this thing for the money. So much easier!!

The product works as designed. However, dragging by using your arm is still difficult. I will probably use a shoulder strap in the future.

The Hawk Cinch Deer Drag is one of the neatest things i will be putting in my pack this year in the hunting woods. There are many of times that i have had to get a deer from thick brush or over multiple fallen trees and this will help tremendously. I would use a drag rope and it would get tangled and the stress point around my hands where horrible. The simple but yet effective design will make it more comfortable and easier on the drag.Hawk as a company has a lot of new and upcoming products for the field. This is a company that i will look to for any new items to make my life easier when hunting or hiking. Can't wait to see any new products they come out like this Cinch Deer Drag!

I didn’t know what to expect with this drag but I had the opportunity to use it and it definitely is worth buying it. Everyone hunting with me now has one.

This item has been used many times. It holds in place where you put it. I even slipped it over my reseese hit on atv to pull with.

Seems durable but needs some texture on the handle. Used to haul out a freezer doe and when your hands are “slippery†you’ll be constantly trying to get a good grip on this. Some good ol’ rope would probably serve you better.

For a guy that often finds himself hunting alone, this thing has been an absolute lifesaver. It's a simple design, it folds up small so it's easy to keep in your pack, and best of all, it WORKS!5-stars all around, would definitely recommend
