Got the 2.5 liter triple layer today. First thing I tried was a small sweet potato and it was the best sweet potato I ever ate. Then later for dinner I made potato’s for mashing, filled about half with cut peeled potato’s and water, then took them out and mashed them, also excellent, was enough for about 5 people. Then I made some Brussels sprouts and they were great too. All cooked very fast and were soft like they should be. Can’t wait to make more stuff. Should of had one of these years ago. I did a lot of research and I believe this it the best pressure cooker made, hands down ! Very easy to use.

Purchased a 2.5 ltr. 3 ply stainless steel. I have 2 additional pressure cookers; Fagor 6 qt and an All American pressure cooker canner. I wanted a small one for smaller quantities of beans, pulses and grains. It’s beautiful out of the box. The instructions are adequate. Once you go through a trial run with water and practice opening and closing the lid, it gets easier, but there is more time associated with getting the timing and heat right. While doing a small amount of millet, I learned how to change the safety valve. I was using too much heat. The safety valves are inexpensive; come in a pack of 3 for $4 +.In conclusion it’s a beautiful little pressure cooker far less expensive than some others, just not quite as user friendly as i’m accustomed to.

Cheap made too extremely noise and makes a mass all the time believe me I use pressure cook for long time this one is the worst

Cooker is good but the plastic handles are no good. The back plastic handle already broke, and there is no replacement.

This is my first purchase of stainless steel cooker...Had a lot of doubt before using it...but iam completely satisfied with the product..it cooks well and rice does not stick to the bottom...a little heavy but I think that's what is helping in not burning the food in the bottom.. overall good product..go for it..size is good,and value for money ðŸ‘

I love this pressure cooker! I’ve been using it for several weeks now and it works great. It’s the triple ply design and mate expensive than the sandwich base type or aluminium, but it’s worth it.The stainless steel finish looks lovely and I found the 3.5 litre size ideal for 3-5 people. I’ve used it for dhal, rajma, chicken curry and pearl barley. The results were excellent. It holds pressure well and cooks on the lowest gas setting with no issues at all.I saw a few negative reviews and frankly I’m puzzled. Food doesn’t stick. It’s excellent for pre-frying onions or chicken - works better than a high end stainless steel skillet. The lid fits perfectly well too. Just use common sense - use enough oil and liquid. Keep the temperature on low once it gets to full pressure and you won’t go wrong. Practice putting the lid on and off a couple of times and it will be second nature in no time. The simple tech - basic weight to hold pressure is a bonus. We had a complex adjustable Tefal pressure cooker some years ago and it was nothing but trouble.My mother and sister also have Hawkins pressure cookers (different models to mine) and they are all great. If you’re looking for a value for money cooker just go for it.

The cooker is heavy weight ,can be easily used for cooking vegetables( like a kadhai).as well as pressure cooking. The quality is awesome Very happy .would like to see the performance of handle in future
