I prepared a seafood and steak feast with my wife and our parents. They couldn't believe it when I brought the steaks out sizzling on the table. I don't see using these every day, but for special occasions I love them!It is true that they come unseasoned and one needs to season the cast iron before cooking with them. So if you're not into seasoning your own cast iron, you might consider making a purchase of a similar item that is pre-seasoned.

The wood cannot handle the head of the sizzler tray. All of mine have completely turned black after the sizzler tray was placed. Do not buy!

Just like my favorite Mexican restaurant. Now I can present my guests with piping hot sizzling fajitas on par with our favorite restaurants. But mine are better, made the way I like, same presentation, and a better price. Loved by all our guests! Can’t go wrong with these.

These are by far my favorite.So easy to use, the weight is perfect and just pop up in the oven before adding your Fajitas and you will get the best sizzle.
